Yes. Visit the Track Order page and enter your order ID, or sign in and view your orders dashboard. You will also receive SMS updates as your order progresses.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided the product is unused, in original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Some categories (e.g. innerwear, perishables) are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via JazzCash/EasyPaisa or bank transfer; digital payments are reversed to the original method.
