7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Shuhaz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product — no questions asked!


✅ Eligible Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, manuals, accessories must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Personal care, hygiene, or undergarments
  • Products without original packaging

🔁 How to Request a Return:

Directly Contact on Whatsapp chat share the video and pics proofs and after the verfication  the order return request initiated.

  1. Go to My Account on Shuhaz.com
  2. Click “Request Return” on the eligible item (coming soon)
  3. Our support team will contact you and arrange pickup or drop-off

🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Karachi: Free pickup via our own riders
  • Other Cities: Return shipping charges may apply (deducted from refund or adjusted against future order)

💰 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after item inspection
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash/EasyPaisa
    • Shuhaz store credit (upon request)

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • In case of wrong product delivered or damaged item received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Return approvals are subject to inspection
  • Shuhaz reserves the right to decline a return that doesn’t meet policy terms
